The customer service line was no help whatsoever. Zara employee, at time of purchase, advised that i was able to receive a full refund within a month of purchase. Never in my wildest dreams would I imagine that after a month's time, I would be forced to keep the item i decided i did not like. No hint of this at time of purchase either. - in this day and age - unbelievable. On Saturday 10 December 2022 I was advised at 5.21 that the above numbered order had been delivered .
Alternatively, you can use their knowledge base if you prefer self-service support. Their chat box is impossible and I can not get them to understand that I have a missing item. Zara Home has a consumer rating of 4.22 stars from 18 reviews indicating that most customers are generally satisfied with their purchases. Zara Home ranks 77th among Home Decor sites.
Terrible products
Saying so they are in possibility of my pants and my money. I am extremely aggravated and annoyed. I will never shop or recommend Zara to anyone. On August 21, 2018, I visited the Eaton Centre Zara store located in downtown of Toronto.
The delivery took around 10 days. However, the desk arrived with one stand screwed in the entirely wrong way round - so assembly was impossible. Took over 30 days to receive a refund here.
Avoid buying at Zara Home UK at all costs
No email received after a few days. Now the customer service indicated that they would arrange it the same day and notify me. Customer service couldn't find anywhere that an investigation would have been started.. The third product did not arrive and I did not receive an update from Zara. Eventually called myself to ask what was wrong with my order..
I had three items to be delivered in two parcels both parcels came but only received two items. How to turn your bathroom into a bathroom like in a five-star hotel? Just thanks to this awesome shop. Zara Home has a wide range of different accessories, but mainly I love them for bathroom accessories. I should also note that all products are of very high quality and you wil be used them for very long. Also i love them for fast and safe delivery, no problems with transportation, cause packing is good.

I already indicated that I could otherwise also pick up the product myself in one of their stores, but that was not allowed. It used to be a very satisfying experience in the past but lately designs, prices and service has been the opposite. Bought the white wastepaper basket with lid. The corners were rusted and the paint chipped off. High price for a low quality item.

They told me the address was wrong. Which is weird because i already received 2 items from the same order. They told me that they would send the product again. Absolutely terrible return policy. Do not buy anything from this company if you live in Canada. You have to pay for return shipping...no drop off anywhere.
I had the worst shopping and customer service experience. I have a missing package and missing items from the package that I received. Chat assistants are not capable of helping. They shut down chat without informing or giving mail addresses that are not possible to send an email to. I lost too much time on this issue even though order issues should be Zara’s concern, not mine I believe. I was told at Zara home coruña that delivery would take 3-4 days.
Terrible experience in trying to return a table. Without exaggeration, made 7 calls to get the return picked one. Kept being ordered, nothing happened. Still in the process of getting this returned.
However, sometimes the quality doesn't reflect the price. I had to return a rug I bought as it was fraying within a few days, even though it was a pricey rug. Easy to purchase online or in store. Easy delivery and returns options.
