People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active. Like many here, not had a great experience with Zara Home. Had ordered 3 products and they would be delivered to a pick-up location.
Useless company and a waste of time and money trying to chase updates. Their webchat is a disgrace and their WhatsApp is not functioning, only automated messages. I will not be shopping at Zara again. It’s been more than a week that Zara is claiming that they have delivered my package yet I still haven’t received it.

I love Zara Home, it has amazing products! I recommend it for everyone who wants to have a beautiful house. The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Long wait at tills
Worst costumer service I have ever experienced in my life. Zara advises me to send in my discoloured pants 4 weeks ago and I was promised a refund. 4 weeks have passed and I have called multiply times in regards to some sort that of store credit refund... They have all been unhelpful and rude, and threatened to close my case.
The quality is even worse than Joe Fresh by Loblaw. The part that holds and secure the end of the zipper was missing after unzipped in 12 hours?! And this is not manufactured defect? Don’t waste your money is this company. Ordered almost £1000 worth of homeware.

I already indicated that I could otherwise also pick up the product myself in one of their stores, but that was not allowed. It used to be a very satisfying experience in the past but lately designs, prices and service has been the opposite. Bought the white wastepaper basket with lid. The corners were rusted and the paint chipped off. High price for a low quality item.
Zara.com has resolved 42 complaints. Zara Home has a wide range of different accessories, but mainly I love them for bathroom... Anyone can write a Trustpilot review.

No email received after a few days. Now the customer service indicated that they would arrange it the same day and notify me. Customer service couldn't find anywhere that an investigation would have been started.. The third product did not arrive and I did not receive an update from Zara. Eventually called myself to ask what was wrong with my order..
Specially, in my mature age, I could not even see properly. They told me how agrresive and rude was this worker. I had asked this sales representative for the price of these sleepers but she refused to tell me that.
Called again after a week of not receiving anything. Now it was up to the delivery person according to Zara. Something that I, as a customer, have little recourse to. They would investigate and if the product could not be found they would refund me . I would receive another email about this. Both items still had a price tag, with one of the products having a price that was lower than I paid myself.
I kept Calling their customer service but they kept telling me to wait until we call the currier company. This is absolutely unacceptable and their customer service is rubbish. I will never order online again from them. I bought a pair of jeans which basically fell apart after a few weeks.
